About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Business Partner to join our team at Onyx-Conseil. As a key member of our Digital Capability team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing resourcing strategies that align with business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement resourcing strategies to attract and retain quality talent.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address recruitment challenges.
  • Conduct data-led analysis to inform recruitment decisions and strategies.
  • Manage and implement EDI focused initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on recruitment best practices.
  • Work closely with the Digital Capability team to deliver positive impact in the way we approach recruitment.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of up to £43,347, a brilliant civil service pension with employer contributions, and a generous leave package starting at 26 days rising to 31 days over time. Requirements
  • Experience working on resourcing strategies within the HR function.
  • Ability to conduct data-led analysis and present findings and recommendations to decision makers.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills.
  • Effective project management skills.
Location and Working Arrangements

You'll join us in one of our brilliant digital hubs in Birmingham, Blackpool, Leeds, Manchester, or Newcastle, whichever is most convenient for you. We work a hybrid model, so you'll spend some time working at home and some time collaborating face-to-face in a hub.
