About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Resourcing Strategy Specialist to join our Digital Capability team at DWP Digital. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing resourcing strategies that align with our business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement resourcing strategies that attract, retain, and develop quality talent.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to inform decision-making and influence business outcomes.
  • Conduct data-led analysis to anticipate issues and present findings to inform strategic decisions.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement and relationships at all levels, including senior leaders and technical specialists.
  • Produce progress updates and reports to various audiences, using a range of mechanisms.
What You'll Need
  • Experience working on resourcing strategies within the HR function.
  • Ability to research and utilize established networks to collate insight and support the development of resourcing strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
  • Effective project management skills, with the ability to monitor and track plans, deliver to tight deadlines, and prioritize effectively.
