Supervisor Role at M&S Simply Food

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team at M&S Simply Food in Chippenham. As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
  • Maximize profit by controlling costs and driving sales growth
  • Process stock counts and orders, ensuring accurate inventory management
  • Partner with the Store Manager to set targets and develop strategies for team success
  • Provide coaching and feedback to team members, identifying training needs and opportunities for growth
  • Take ownership of customer feedback, responding promptly and professionally
