Estimated Salary: £11,440 per annum or approximately £10.81/hour based on 40 hours/week.

UKCIL Ltd is seeking a caring and empathetic individual to join our team as a mental health companion. The successful candidate will provide one-to-one support to a teenage boy with autism and ADHD, promoting his well-being and independence.

Responsibilities:

  1. Supporting the young person with daily activities, including meals, homework, and leisure time.
  2. Encouraging and supporting the young person to engage in activities that promote his interests and passions.
  3. Assisting the young person with developing life skills, such as budgeting and time management.

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving license and access to a personal vehicle.
  • Previous experience working with individuals with autism and ADHD is desirable.

Schedule and Pay:

The ideal candidate will be available to work Tue-Sun, with flexibility to accommodate the young person's needs. The hourly rate of £10.81 reflects the experience and skills required for this role.
