European HRBP Role

- Develop and implement effective HR strategies to drive organisational success
- Provide expert advice on HR policies and procedures
- Mitigate legal and reputational risk
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to understand business needs
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and other stakeholders
- Analyse and interpret data to support clients' understanding of workforce needs
- Strong background in HR Business Partnering, preferably in the financial services sector
- Experience in HROD specialisms such as Talent Management, Compensation and Benefits, and Organisational Design
- Excellent communication, influencing, problem-solving, and client orientation skills
- Digital acumen and the ability to analyse and interpret data to support clients' understanding of workforce needs
- Proven track record of delivering results
- A competitive salary: £85,000-£110,000 per annum
