About the Role

As a Clinical Digital Experience Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering business benefit by managing a portfolio of digital healthcare products and supporting their use in practice to drive improved patient and clinical pathways. You will be responsible for managing medical technologies, structuring and planning technical projects, developing clinical workflows, and delivering clinician training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of digital healthcare products and support their use in practice to drive improved patient and clinical pathways.
  • Manage medical technologies, including Xray AI, Lab Software, CBCT, OPG, CEPH, and Microscopes.
  • Structure and plan technical projects in line with business objectives and other strategic pillars.
  • Develop clinical workflows and deliver clinician training to proliferate the workflows across the business.
  • Maintain and develop relevant business cases for the various Clinical Digital projects.
Requirements
  • Hardware product management experience, ideally in healthcare, retail, or other multi-site organizations.
  • Demonstrable experience of managing budgets and planning, monitoring, and reporting on project progress.
  • Previous experience working in the dental industry, particularly labs or dental supply chain, preferred but not essential.
  • Customer service-oriented, with excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to influence, negotiate, and manage potential conflict effectively.
