At mydentist, we're passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and transforming the way we deliver dentistry. As a Clinical Digital Experience Manager, you'll play a vital role in shaping our digital healthcare strategy and driving business growth.

About the Role

As a key member of our IT department, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of digital healthcare products and supporting their use in practice to drive improved patient and clinical pathways. You'll work closely with our clinical teams to develop and implement clinical workflows, deliver clinician training, and maintain and develop business cases for various Clinical Digital projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage medical technologies, including Xray AI, Lab Software, CBCT, OPG, CEPH, and Microscopes
  • Develop and implement clinical workflows and deliver clinician training to proliferate workflows across the business
  • Maintain and develop relevant business cases for Clinical Digital projects
  • Work closely with clinical teams to drive business benefit and improve patient and clinical pathways
What We're Looking For
  • Hardware product management experience, ideally in healthcare, retail, or other multi-site organisations
  • Demonstrable experience of managing budgets and planning, monitoring, and reporting on project progress
  • Previous experience working in the dental industry, particularly labs or dental supply chain preferred but not essential
  • Customer service oriented, with excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to influence, negotiate, and manage potential conflict effectively
