Job Description:


Kenton Black is seeking a skilled Freelance/Contractor Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial team of a civil engineering contractor with an annual turnover exceeding £100m.


The ideal candidate will have project experience including roads, drainage, earthworks, bridges/structures, remediation, s38/s278 works, and flood alleviation. They should also possess contract knowledge of NEC3&4 options A-C, ICE, and JCT.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Contract management and negotiation
  • Project cost control and financial management
  • Collaboration with the commercial team to develop and implement project strategies
