Probate Case Handler

Purple Panda Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled Probate Case Handler to join their team. As a Probate Case Handler, you will be responsible for managing the administration process for a number of estates. Your duties will include preparing letters to clients, liaising with third parties, and ensuring the necessary documentary evidence is obtained.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Chase up outstanding organisations and close accounts.
  • Liaise with estate agents, conveyancers, and other third parties.
  • Prepare update letters to clients and ensure they are checked and sent by an Account Manager.
  • Manage payments to settle liabilities and ensure the estate accounts are accurate.
  • Use the CRM to upload information and check documentation before taking action.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in probate or a related field.
  • Ability to work accurately and thoroughly, with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide an empathetic approach to clients.
  • Ability to write letters to a high standard and provide clear, concise updates to clients.
What We Offer:
  • A basic salary starting at £24,000 per annum, with clear progression paths.
  • Free parking on site and 20 wellness hours per annum.
