We are seeking a highly skilled Conveyancer to join our team in Taunton.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Conveyancer to manage their own caseload, including property sales via auction, transfers of equity, and other transactions for business clients.
The ideal candidate will have 2 years of transactional fee-earning experience in Residential Property, advanced communication skills, and a commitment to providing the best client care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of property transactions, including sales via auction and transfers of equity.
- Review key documents and manage completions.
- Collaborate with unit leaders, colleagues, and external stakeholders to drive each transaction forward.
- Work closely with assistants to ensure first-class service and compliance.
Requirements:
- 2 years of transactional fee-earning experience in Residential Property.
