Job Title: Developer Advocate

We're seeking a highly skilled Developer Advocate to join our team. As a Developer Advocate, you will play a crucial role in engaging, supporting, and growing the global XRP community of developers around the XRP Ledger.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead initiatives to support the builders and developers taking part in Ripple's developer funding programs.
  • Act as a technical advisor and developer advocate across Ripple's Grants, Accelerator, and Bootcamp programs.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to early-stage projects.
  • Develop technical content for program curriculums and act as an internal subject matter expert for projects on developing on the XRPL.
  • Represent Ripple at conferences, meetups, and events to educate users about the XRPL and its use cases.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a developer, developer manager, developer advisor, or developer relations role.
  • 5+ years of experience in fast-paced environments within technology, startups, and entrepreneurship.
  • Competency in programming in Python, Java, or Javascript.
  • Experience with APIs, developer communities, open-source, and developer ecosystems.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
