Marks Consulting Partners is seeking a skilled Building Consultant to work with one of our Private Practice clients in London.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Undertaking professional instructions, such as dilapidations, technical due diligence, and schedules of condition.
  • Advising clients on building and property issues, including technical, financial, legal, and environmental matters.
  • Producing instructions for external consultants to undertake planned maintenance surveys and structural surveys.
  • Developing new business opportunities and managing key client relationships.
  • Creating reports for clients on building consultancy projects.
  • Presenting at client meetings.
  • Experience in the commercial property sector is preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills are required.
  • Highly computer literate and able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • A full clean driving license is necessary.
