Job Summary

We are seeking a Chartered Surveyor to join our Building Consultancy Team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting client and project leads on building consultancy projects, including reports, client and occupier engagement, project management and contractor communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support client and project leads on building consultancy projects
  • Prepare reports and engage with clients and occupiers
  • Manage projects and communicate with contractors
  • Fulfil compliance and policy requirements
Requirements
  • 2-3 years experience of working in a similar role
  • Auto CAD proficient
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Effective PC skills
  • Pro-active, flexible attitude
