Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a strategic vision for the Bi-Borough Place-Based Partnership, aligned with the NHS's goals and objectives.
  • Lead the development of a comprehensive service improvement plan, focusing on the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including local authorities, NHS trusts, and voluntary sector organizations.
  • Drive transformational change through the development and implementation of innovative service models and partnerships.
  • Ensure that the Bi-Borough Place-Based Partnership is governed effectively, with clear lines of accountability and decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field, such as healthcare management or public health.
  • Significant experience in a senior leadership role, with a track record of delivering transformational change in complex healthcare environments.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including local authorities, NHS trusts, and voluntary sector organizations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and persuade individuals and groups.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
  • Commitment to improving quality of patient care and reducing health inequalities.
