We are seeking a highly skilled Social Worker to join our team, providing critical support to vulnerable children and their families in Wiltshire. As a key member of our safeguarding service, you will play a pivotal role in empowering families and protecting futures.
About the Role
This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from pre-birth to age 18. You will be responsible for assessing needs, developing care plans, and working closely with other agencies to ensure the best possible outcomes for our most vulnerable citizens.
What We Offer
In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including flexible working arrangements, opportunities for professional growth, and a comprehensive induction program.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to be registered with Social Work England and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A full driving license and access to a car are also essential due to the rural nature of our area.
