Job Summary:

Empower Digital Limited is seeking a highly skilled Senior Contract Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for delivering various types of structural and remedial work scopes. This is a permanent position with a competitive salary of £45,000-£50,000.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide regular project updates to commercial and management teams
Ensure that both customer and company quality standards are upheld at all times
Manage projects within time and budget
Assist management staff and site personnel to meet their full potential using your experience
Advocate the highest standards to health and safety generally while ensuring that companywide HSEQ procedures and processes are followed and adhered to on all sites
Ability to confidently work at height

Requirements:

Experience with working on multi-storey buildings and experience in the application of various fabric systems related to this construction type is beneficial
Works are generally located in Aberdeen, but the ability to travel is required
Experience in working in the same or similar role is necessary
You must hold a valid SMSTS and CSCS card, further certification in construction management is desirable
Driving licence is essential
