About the Role
The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing, with current NMC registration and a thorough understanding of nursing theory and best practice. Experience of working with individuals with physical disabilities and supervising a team would be advantageous. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a patient-focused approach, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities
* Assess, plan, and implement individualised care plans that promote independence and choice
* Lead and manage a team of care staff to ensure effective care delivery
* Collaborate with customers, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
* Participate in ongoing assessments and observations of customers' health and well-being
* Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate records
