Job Description:
A healthcare support worker is required to work in a community mental health setting, supporting patients with dementia and complex mental health needs. The successful candidate will have experience working with individuals living with dementia and will be able to work in partnership with carers and services in the community.

The role involves delivering targeted interventions for people living with dementia and frail adults with a range of mental health needs. This includes visiting patients at home, in care homes, and supporting community health and social care teams.

The salary for this position is approximately £24,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. As an NHS employee, you will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme, annual leave, and training opportunities.
