About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Inclusion Support Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with parents and guardians, and liaise with SLT, SENCO staff and behaviour support specialists to ensure pupils are supported fully and are progressing both personally and academically.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support pupils who may display challenging behaviour and have difficulties remaining in class.
- Work with KS3 and KS4 pupils, offering a more personalised approach when necessary.
- Provide 1:1 support to particular students.
Requirements:
- Confidence when approaching challenging behaviour.
- Genuine passion for working with pupils with SEMH.
- Awareness of the school's behaviour policies.
- Excellent teaching skills and the right motivation, personal qualities and levels of resilience.
What We Offer:
