Simulation and Modelling Engineer - Graduate Programme

MBDA is seeking a talented and motivated Graduate Simulation and Modelling Engineer to join our team. As a Graduate Simulation and Modelling Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing simulation models to support the design and testing of our weapon systems.

About the Role

This is a 2-year graduate programme that will provide you with the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, develop your skills and knowledge, and gain experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement simulation models using programming languages such as MATLAB, Simulink, and C/C++
  • Work closely with other departments and companies to integrate subsystem models and design data
  • Collaborate with teams to implement Agile working practices and dynamic working across multiple projects
  • Contribute to the development of system performance models, embedded systems, and real-time models for MBDA products
Requirements
  • Degree qualified in an Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computing, or Natural Science discipline (minimum 2:2)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
