Simulation and Modelling Engineer - Graduate Programme 2025

Are you passionate about mathematical modelling and programming? Do you enjoy working in a supportive environment with a team of like-minded individuals? We are seeking a talented Graduate Simulation Engineer to join our team and embark on a 2-year programme starting September 2025.

What You'll Learn

You'll have the opportunity to build simulation software in programming languages such as Mathworks (MATLAB, Simulink and Stateflow), Fortran, and C/C++. Our teams implement Agile working practices and dynamic working across multiple projects to meet demand, aided by the use of collaborative tools. You'll work closely with other departments and companies to integrate subsystem models and design data.

  • A 2-year graduate programme with a starting salary of £31,000 plus a £3000 joining bonus
