Job Title: Sales Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Analyst to join our team at Fastmarkets. As a Sales Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and improving our market position by analyzing customer data, identifying commercial opportunities, and supporting the proposal process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Data Analysis: Collect and analyze customer data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities. Develop actionable insights to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Proposal Support: Collaborate with sales teams to gather necessary data and insights. Prepare comprehensive proposal documents that effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
  • White Space Analysis: Identify gaps in the market and opportunities for expansion. Provide recommendations for targeting untapped customer segments and regions.
  • Telemetry Data Insights: Monitor and analyze telemetry data to understand product usage and customer engagement. Translate telemetry insights into actionable recommendations for sales and product teams.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales analysis, data analysis, or a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
