Job Title: Head of Quality and Risk

Are you a strategic leader with a passion for quality and risk management? Do you have a strong background in business management, data analysis, and science? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as the Head of Quality and Risk.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS) that meets or exceeds industry standards and regulatory requirements. They will lead initiatives to foster a culture of innovation and data-driven decision-making, ensuring the highest levels of quality and efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Quality Management: Develop and implement a QMS that meets or exceeds industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to foster a culture of innovation and data-driven decision-making.
  • Data Integrity: Establish robust systems for the collection, analysis, and reporting of performance data.
  • Risk Management: Implement a comprehensive risk management framework that identifies, assesses, and mitigates risks.
  • Leadership & Compliance: Present quality and performance data to senior stakeholders, driving policy development and promoting compliance.
Requirements:
  • Substantial experience in quality and risk management.
  • A background in business management, data analysis, science, or a related field.
  • Experience in building and implementing QMS from the ground up.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with experience influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of data protection regulations, including GDPR.
  • Ability to travel nationally and internationally for training and meetings as required.
  • Auditing experience.
