Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services, is currently recruiting for an Advance Operations Coordinator to work on behalf of a leading energy provider.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing wind farm site records, scheduling maintenance, and coordinating logistics while tracking costs, time, and parts for billing using the SAP system.

Some of your key duties will include:

  • Meticulous administration of wind farm sites, including technical and commercial record-keeping and clear separation of costs between service and warranty activities in line with the customer contract
  • Raising, scheduling, and allocating planned and unplanned maintenance activities in conjunction with field staff and customer personnel via Spiridion SAP system
  • Maintaining efficient timescales for planned maintenance activities and creating daily and weekly plans for site team as required, optimizing the deployment of Crew Transfer Vessels (CTVs) and helicopter logistics
  • Controlling and technical verification within Spiridion SAP system; collating time data and parts consumption to allow billing and parts replenishment to be initiated
