About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at FBR Construction Recruitment. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the success of our clients' construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pricing and estimating for construction projects
  • Preparing and managing project reports and costs
  • Managing orders and overseeing projects from start to finish
  • Chairing meetings and meeting with external clients
  • Preparing final accounts and CVR's
  • Reporting to the Commercial Manager and identifying and analysing risks
Requirements
  • Construction surveying degree or academic equivalent
  • Experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in the housing sector or commercial construction
  • Pro-active and able to hit the ground running
  • Punctual and with strong communication skills
  • Well-organised and disciplined with a fast-paced work environment
