We are looking for an Accounting Assistant Manager to support our finance team at Westlakes Recruit. As an Accounting Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day accounting operations, including processing contractor payments and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Bills: Add bills as required; electric etc.
  • Pay Run Check Thursday: Check all bills match individual company invoices, hours are reflected correctly.
  • Mileage Logs: Mileage logs for expense reimbursement.
Requirements:
  • AAT qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in accounting and financial management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The estimated salary for this role is £38,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
