Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled International Medical Sales Leader to join our team at Transaction Focus. As part of our ambitious multinational team based out of Italy, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the performance of distributors for an intravenous hardware manufacturer.

Main Responsibilities

You will source and onboard new distributors, drive sales growth through effective distributor management, and lead in terms of hospital account acquisition strategy, promotion, and customer support. With a strong focus on results, you will determine your own work rhythm while delivering strong outcomes.


Requirements
  • 5+ years international medical sales experience
  • Distributor management experience
  • Continuous improvement mindset and willingness for frequent travel

Compensation Package

€45,000 per annum, plus commissions and bonuses, providing a total earning potential of €60,000 or more.
