The role of Trainee Administrator offers a unique opportunity to join our training team and gain valuable experience in training and business administration while studying towards completing a Level 3 Apprenticeship.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as an attractive benefits package including Perkbox and volunteer days for a worthy cause.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to ongoing improvement in training, content, and delivery by working alongside the training team
  • Develop and update new training materials
  • Deliver New Starter & Customer Service Training to new employees
  • Train employees on Axis Policies, Processes, and Customer Service, including call handling procedures and Complaints Handling
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to develop service systems and processes

To be successful in this role, you will require:
• GCSE Maths & English Level 4 or above or equivalent
• Strong IT skills
• A customer-focused approach
