Key Responsibilities- Plan and control workforce resource availability to meet customer fleet demands.
- Manage and control labor costs, including third-party use.
- Comply with safety audits and manage working codes of practice for contractors.
- Ensure planning for facilities, bays, machines, tools, diagnosis installations, and optimal workplace design.
- Prepare planning and calculations for investments in workshops, facilities, and HR, in collaboration with company management.
- Regularly review prices for workshop services and adapt them to suit the market, with prior agreement from company management.
- Measure and report on daily workshop performance around retail sales, warranty, and internal contracts.
- Manage WIP and cash control.
- Employ new staff and conduct effective induction.

- Define target agreements with employees and review target achievement levels.
- Industry qualifications achieved to a minimum of Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or mechanical engineering.
