About the Role

Ace Centre is a leading provider of Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) and Assistive Technology (AT) services. We are seeking an experienced Regional Operations Director to provide leadership for our clinical services in the North.

This exciting opportunity will see you lead the co-ordinated planning and delivery of our services, supporting the Senior Management Team to develop and enhance systems at a regional level.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing complex and challenging situations, ensuring high-quality service delivery and maintaining accurate records.

We offer an attractive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as excellent CPD opportunities and a competitive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide operational leadership for Ace Centre's clinical services in the North
  • Support the Senior Management Team in developing services and enhancing systems at a regional level
  • Co-ordinate the scheduling and delivery of services in the North
  • Manage complaints relating to service delivery in the North
  • Act as Deputy Safeguarding Lead
  • Support the recruitment, induction and ongoing training and support of service delivery staff

Person Specification

  • Professional qualification, degree level or above in Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy, Education or relevant field of experience
  • In-depth knowledge of the AAC/AT assessment process
  • Strong understanding of Ace Centre services
  • Ability to manage complex and challenging situations
  • Competent IT skills
