Job Overview

Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled Associate Director to join its team in Oldham. This role offers a unique opportunity for an experienced leader to drive forward the trust's vision and deliver outstanding mental health and learning disability services.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering operational performance objectives, enhancing service quality, and ensuring financial targets are met within the care hub. Reporting to the Network Director of Operations, this individual will play a key role in shaping service delivery and working collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead programmes of work, including place-level initiatives and collaborations with Primary Care Networks, to improve population health.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance service quality and efficiency.
  • Maintain strong relationships with local authorities, ICBs, and trade unions to ensure effective partnerships.
Requirements
  • Masters' degree or equivalent experience in management.
  • Evidence of formal management development and relevant health professional qualifications.
  • Significant experience in mental health leadership and strategic management within complex organisations.
