About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our corporate client services team, you will be responsible for managing and retaining an existing portfolio of UK Corporate clients across various industry sectors.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of insurance experience in a similar role, with excellent knowledge of Property & Casualty business for large UK Corporate clients. You will also possess outstanding and proven track records in successful client service and retention.

As an Insurance Business Development Manager at Lockton Companies, you will have the opportunity to work on complex risk within the larger corporate market space, identifying how you can add value from an insurance and risk perspective to large corporate clients.

We estimate that the salary for this role will be around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
