We are looking for an exceptional Recruitment Branch Manager to lead our team and drive business growth. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for developing business strategies and implementing them across the region.

About the Role

This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary of £43,000 - £63,000 + uncapped commission & bonuses. You will need to have a successful track record of agency recruitment and ideally some management experience in education or social care agency recruitment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop business strategies and implement them across the region
  • Evaluate team and individual performance, providing feedback and coaching
  • Ensure adherence to TeacherActive compliance standards and policies
  • Drafting forecasts, business plans and managing budgets, allocating branch funds and defining financial objectives
  • Coordinating with other branches to share knowledge and plan promotional activities to achieve goals
Requirements

You will require:

  • A successful billing record in agency recruitment, preferably in the education sector
  • Experience managing a team of Recruitment Consultants/Resourcers
  • Knowledge of the education recruitment market
