We are seeking a Leadership Role in Fostering to join our team, responsible for leading our Pan-Wales Service. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills and relevant experience of working with foster parents, children, and young people.

The estimated salary for this role is around £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description:

Role Overview

You will lead our Pan-Wales Service, providing leadership and guidance to a team of supervising social workers.
