Hot and Cold Water System Assessor

Annual Salary: £38,000 - £48,000.

Our client seeks a skilled Hot and Cold Water System Assessor to join their team, supporting their mission to provide quality services and ensure high standards of safety and compliance.

Responsibilities include:

  • Carrying out thorough Legionella risk assessments for various properties, including commercial and healthcare facilities.
  • Developing and implementing water management plans to mitigate identified risks.
  • Preparing comprehensive reports outlining findings and recommendations.
  • Liaising with clients to explain risk assessment outcomes and provide guidance on best practices for maintaining water systems.
  • Staying updated on the latest regulations and technologies related to Legionella control.
  • Performing routine maintenance activities and temperature recording regimes.
  • Working collaboratively with a team to deliver excellent service to clients.

Requirements:

  • City and Guilds Legionella in hot & cold water systems qualification
  • At least 2 years' experience working within the water hygiene industry with good knowledge of hot and cold water system operation and demand
  • Able to handle multiple priorities and challenges
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn
  • Full UK driving license and willingness to travel
