About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Train Driver to join our team in the LNW/West Midlands region. As a key player, you will be responsible for operating freight trains safely and efficiently, ensuring a reliable service operation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate locomotives on various routes, including class 37s and class 70s.
  • Work with rostering and training teams to ensure safe and timely train operations.
  • Maintain a clean safety record and adhere to all relevant regulations.
  • Collaborate with driver standards managers, delivery managers, and other staff to achieve operational excellence.
Requirements
  • Existing LNW and/or West Midlands route knowledge.
  • Strong safety record and ability to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Current PTS (third rail) appropriate to CTRL.
  • Fully qualified and experienced Train Driver.
  • Flexibility with working shift patterns.
