**Job Summary**

Concept Resourcing is seeking experienced field engineers to support a leading technology organization in the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing swap out and installations of new PCs within a leading supermarket chain.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Attend site locations, locate PCs, identify printer switch ports, and pass details to remote IT contacts for swap out and installation of new PCs.
  • Complete testing, generate iAuditor reports, and troubleshoot any issues before packaging legacy kit for removal from site.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless deployment and minimize downtime.

**Working Hours and Conditions**

  • Monday to Friday, day work with occasional travel and overnight stays required.
  • Overtime applicable after 10 hours door-to-door at a rate of £15 per hour.
  • Mileage claimable after 75 miles travelled per day at 30ppm.

**Requirements**

  • Experienced field engineers with a background in PC deployments and technical support.
  • IT, EPOS, or ATM field engineers with relevant experience also considered.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
