Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a full-service Personal Lines insurance offering to both existing and prospective clients.
- Meet annual sales targets, operational plans, and budgets for your designated area.
- Regularly assess and monitor personal and team performance against set objectives, forecasts, and budgets, providing timely feedback to the Director.
- Conduct appraisals and performance reviews for team members, offering clear development plans.
- Oversee day-to-day team management, including monitoring holidays, absences, and ensuring a smooth workflow.
- Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and professional guidance to team members, fostering their growth and development.
- Collaborate with management to address performance gaps or customer satisfaction issues, recommending and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, ensuring tasks are prioritized effectively.
- Proficient in using IT systems and Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment, with a solid understanding of change management.
- A quick learner who can grasp new concepts efficiently and consistently deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines.

- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of success.
