We are seeking a highly strategic and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Frazer Jones. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in driving excellence and success across our organisation.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with senior stakeholders across multiple business units to develop and deliver the HR agenda, supported by a team of HR Business Partners and the wider HR service centre.
- Design and deliver key priorities across the UK and internationally, focusing on talent, succession planning, engagement, and employee development.
- Monitor overall performance management, utilising data to inform key deliverables and working closely with the Global Head of HR and peers.
- Work closely with the ER team and be aware of escalated queries, identifying high performers and ensuring career paths and development opportunities are available.
- Collaborate with the HR service team to monitor and support, being responsible for escalated queries and key priorities.
- Experience in a senior HR Business Partner role, heavily strategic and with multiple stakeholders.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering the people strategy, with experience working on a broad range of generalist deliverables.
- Excellent customer service and relationship building skills, with a commercial and strategic outlook.
- Ability to problem-solve, work with data, and deliver solutions.
This is a home-based role with approximately one day's travel to our office in the Norfolk/Bury St Edmunds area each month. You will have complete autonomy in managing your diary and will be part of a dynamic and supportive team.
