Job Description:
Jones Bros Civil Engineering is seeking an experienced and skilled HR Administrator to join their team. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, including tasks such as recruitment, employee onboarding, and benefits administration.

About the Role:
This is a new role within a small, supportive team, where you will gain valuable exposure to a wide range of HR tasks, fostering your professional growth and development. Your responsibilities will include collaborating closely with Hiring Managers to ensure smooth recruitment processes, managing employee data, and maintaining accurate records.

What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including access to training and development opportunities, flexible working hours, and a generous holiday allowance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and organisational skills, a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
