Based out of their Rotherham office, this role will see the successful candidate take a key position within the business. Reporting directly to the senior leadership team, you will provide comprehensive legal advice across a wide range of matters, including:

  • Commercial contracts
  • Compliance and regulatory issues
  • Employment law matters
  • Risk management and mitigation

Advising on corporate transactions and commercial agreements, managing legal disputes, ensuring effective resolution and minimal business disruption, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in commercial law, ideally with experience in the manufacturing or In House legal sector.

Key responsibilities will include drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, providing broad understanding of corporate, commercial, and employment law, and excellent communication skills to provide clear, practical advice to non-legal colleagues. Competitive salary between £55,000 - £65,000 depending on experience, generous company benefits, including pension contributions, healthcare, and performance-related bonuses, and flexible working arrangements, with the opportunity for some remote work.
