About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pricing Analyst Senior to join our team at Admiral Group Plc. As a key member of our Pricing department, you will play a crucial role in setting our prices and driving profitable business growth.

Main Responsibilities
  • Operate and support the efficient and effective management of Risk within Pricing, including assessing risks and documenting controls.
  • Own assigned sections of Fair Value Assessments, FCA Attestation, and FCA Reporting Requirements, ensuring timely completion to a high standard.
  • Develop and monitor robust Management Information and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor risk levels and provide insightful commentary on key trends.
  • Run pricing models and ad hoc data analysis to provide a deep understanding of numbers and support Risk events and Governance-related queries.
  • Challenge management to ensure appropriate oversight plans are implemented, with required actions carried forward.
  • Build strong relationships with departments outside Pricing and key stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely completion of risk events and projects.
  • Provide an outward and forward-looking perspective to assist Pricing leadership in recognising and understanding various external market and emerging risks.
Essential Skills and Experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate issues concisely to key stakeholders.
  • Numerical skills to understand Pricing impacts and outcomes, with the ability to find creative solutions to support the business in managing Risks and issues.
  • Understanding of various regulators' expectations and industry trends.
  • A balance of being both customer and commercially focused.
  • Ability to work on multiple and varied areas concurrently.
