About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pricing Analyst Senior to join our team at Admiral Group Plc. As a key member of our Pricing department, you will play a crucial role in setting our prices and driving profitable business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Risk Management: Operate and support others to ensure Risk Management is operating efficiently and effectively within Pricing, including assessing risks to ensure the appropriate level of oversight, documenting the required controls, and ensuring Pricing staff at all levels are able to identify risks in their daily roles.
  • Fair Value Assessments: Ownership of assigned sections of Fair Value Assessments, FCA Attestation, and FCA Reporting Requirements, ensuring they are completed by yourself or an Analyst to a high standard and on a timely basis.
  • Management Information: Ensure that the departments develop and monitor robust Management Information and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) used to monitor risk levels, and that they provide insightful commentary of key trends.
  • Data Analysis: Run pricing models and other ad hoc data analysis to provide an understanding of numbers within these to support Risk events and other Governance related queries.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with departments outside Pricing and other key stakeholders engaged in working with Pricing, helping to ensure that risk events and projects are completed smoothly and in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Strong Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate issues concisely to key stakeholders at various levels and in various forums.
  • Numerical Skills: Numerical skills to understand Pricing impacts and outcomes, and the ability to find creative solutions to support the business in the effective management of Risks and issues.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of various regulators' expectations and industry trends.
  • Commercial Focus: A balance of being both customer and commercially focused.
  • Multi-Tasking: Ability to work on multiple and varied areas concurrently.
