Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Podcast Producer to join our team at Flight Group. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality podcast episodes, from planning and recording to editing and publishing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Production Management: Oversee the end-to-end production of podcast episodes, ensuring high-quality video and audio output.
  • Technical Expertise: Deliver all technical aspects of podcast production, including camera operation, sound recording, and lighting.
  • Data Analysis: Lead the analysis of podcast performance data to understand audience behavior and algorithm impact, informing content creation and promotion strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with hosts, guests, and other teams to create compelling podcast content strategies that align with our brand vision.
  • Operational Management: Lead the scheduling and coordination of recordings and post-production efforts to ensure a smooth production process.
  • Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging platforms, seeking innovative ways to present and distribute podcast content.
  • Creative Direction: Provide support in data-driven creative direction for episodes, trailers, and clips, ensuring content aligns with audience interests and optimizes for engagement and growth.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously refine and redefine production processes to improve workflows and deliver exceptional results.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in video or social first production and editing, with an exceptional portfolio in successful content creation.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using tools and technologies required for this role, with a willingness to continuously learn new techniques.
