About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Bright Futures Care Ltd. As a Waking Night Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our young people with learning difficulties and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized care and support to our young people throughout the night, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household maintenance.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with our young people, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive living environment, adhering to our organization's policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Experience working with vulnerable adults or children, preferably in a care or support role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
  • Basic knowledge of health and safety procedures, with a willingness to learn and develop your skills.
  • Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, as required by our organization.
