Key Responsibilities- Provide individualized care and support to our young people throughout the night, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household maintenance.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with our young people, their families, and other stakeholders.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to a safe and supportive living environment, adhering to our organization's policies and procedures.
- Experience working with vulnerable adults or children, preferably in a care or support role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
- Basic knowledge of health and safety procedures, with a willingness to learn and develop your skills.
- Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, as required by our organization.
