About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Estimator to join our in-house estimating teams. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and developing a team of estimators, ensuring accurate and detailed estimates for our customers' projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop a team of estimators to meet KPIs and deliver high-quality estimates
  • Assign projects to team members based on their skill set and development needs
  • Ensure architectural drawings and details are accurately reflected in estimates
  • Take the lead on estimating senior-level projects and work with key stakeholders to develop the service offering and resources used
