**Job Summary**
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the smooth daily operation of our payroll service, coordinating customer referral requests, and delivering an excellent on-boarding experience. They will also be expected to complete timely and accurate complex end-to-end processing of payroll, accurately preparing customer payroll BACS/HMRC/Pension reporting to meet specific deadlines.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Supporting the efficient delivery of our payroll service
- Coordinating customer referral requests and ensuring a seamless on-boarding experience
- Completing accurate and timely payroll processing, including BACS/HMRC/Pension reporting
**Requirements**
- High level knowledge of payroll processing and HMRC legislation
- Ability to communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds
- Proven experience of using Microsoft Office and Payroll systems, as well as other IT software applications
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet conflicting deadlines
**Benefits**
- An estimated salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience
- 27 days holiday (pro-rata) plus bank holidays
