**Job Summary**

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the smooth daily operation of our payroll service, coordinating customer referral requests, and delivering an excellent on-boarding experience. They will also be expected to complete timely and accurate complex end-to-end processing of payroll, accurately preparing customer payroll BACS/HMRC/Pension reporting to meet specific deadlines.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Supporting the efficient delivery of our payroll service
  • Coordinating customer referral requests and ensuring a seamless on-boarding experience
  • Completing accurate and timely payroll processing, including BACS/HMRC/Pension reporting

**Requirements**

  • High level knowledge of payroll processing and HMRC legislation
  • Ability to communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds
  • Proven experience of using Microsoft Office and Payroll systems, as well as other IT software applications
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet conflicting deadlines
