Flintfox is a leading provider of revenue management solutions, and we're seeking an experienced ERP implementation consultant to join our team in the UK. As a functional expert with Microsoft D365, you will be responsible for implementing our applications into customers' ERPs, providing high-quality business and software implementation expertise, and supporting customers during the analysis, design, build, and deploy stages of engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Functional analysis, design, testing, and deployment of Flintfox applications on both large and smaller scale ERP projects
  • Lead requirements gathering, solution design, and fit-gap analysis with business process owners and subject matter experts
  • Closely work with the implementation partner to ensure sound finance, accounting, order-to-cash, purchase-to-pay, and related business operations designs
  • Utilize Flintfox project methodologies tailored to customers
  • Train and create documentation for subject matter experts on configuration and functionality
  • Lead meetings and demonstrate intended designs
  • Assist with data conversion and perform data migration activities
  • Create and adhere to cutover tasks and schedules
  • Act as a conduit between customers and Flintfox technical teams
  • Support customer User Acceptance Testing, Deployment, and Post-Go-Live activities
  • Maintain a high-level overview of consultancy competence and domain knowledge of ERP products

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience with Microsoft AX and D365 software implementations as a functional consultant
