About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Cost Estimator to join our team at Intersect Global Ltd in Kent and Sussex. The successful candidate will have experience working on civil engineering, infrastructure or utility schemes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with budget and cash flow management of circa £35M per annum
- Analyse data to produce accurate cost reports
- Understand contractors' works planning and resource deployment methods to identify and correct inefficiencies
- Carry out defined cost audit work
- Manage contractors' supply chains and procurement
Requirements:
- Education to BSc Quantity Surveying
- Relevant experience working on civil engineering, infrastructure or utility schemes
- Good understanding of NEC / ECC contracts
- Proven track record in driving commercial efficiencies
- Excellent communication skills
Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum
