Actuarial Roles Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Actuarial Analyst to join our team at Just Group plc. As an Actuarial Analyst, you will be responsible for completing member options calculations and providing calculation support for standard and non-standard member option calculations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide calculation support for member options using varying inputs required.
- Analyse and upload new scheme benefit data to enable automated tools to run and maximise outputs.
- Assist in the delivery of data true-ups and prepare/check internal sign-off documentation.
- Carry out BAU work for in-force business, including scheme valuations when required.
- Develop a deep knowledge of systems and tools used by the True-up team.
- Drive projects forward to ensure timely completion.
- Support junior DB team members through training and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications and Skills
- FIA qualification or working towards it with good progress.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent Excel skills.
- Good interpersonal and team working skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of technical actuarial concepts and bulk annuity pricing principles.
- Awareness of the DB buy-in/buy-out market, life insurance, and relevant regulation.
